Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paloma Wool pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
