Where does Paloma Wool ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page includes a specific size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our more fitted knitwear pieces.

Are your production processes sustainable?

Yes, we focus on local production and limited-batch runs to reduce waste. We prioritize natural fibers and recycled materials whenever possible.

Will I have to pay international customs duties?

Orders within the EU are tax-free. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
